  • Solid coffee place with unique menu such as Valencia and Cusslandia cold brew. Adequate seatings though quite expensive (~$6.25/small size) for campus setting.

  • Strolled in as an out-of-towner to grab a quick latte and was very impressed with flavor, craftsmanship and friendliness I experienced here. The first blush latte exceeded my expectation, I recommend it!

  • The best place to order a hot latte around campus. It is always my go to drink from here. The baristas always prepare your drinks with the same standards. The coffee is never burnt, the milk is well frothed, and the latte art always looks gorgeous. Love this place!

  • Once every year or two the cosmic forces align and you have that perfect coffee shop experience.  The location is easy, the parking hassle-free. The music is at just the right level and seems custom-designed for a yearning in your soul you didn’t even know you had. The baristas working the register and equipment seem genuinely happy to see you.  Banter flows, and they even take the time for latte art despite the fact that they are crafting your drink in a To Go cup.  And of course, the first sip is a revelation. It tells you that there is hidden structure, certainty, and hope in the world that sometimes a perfectly crafted cuppa can reveal.  In this one, ethereal moment when the taste buds register and the synapses fire, all is right in the universe. Salt City coffee delivered on this experience not once, but two days in a row…leading me to believe that the sublime experience is not just up to fate and fortune, but is something they’ve cracked the code for and managed to operationalize.  If you’re looking for that perfect cup, your experience may vary…but if it does, one might wonder if it’s more about the universe punishing you for past karmic transgressions than the quality of their roasts and the skill with which they pull their shots.

  • First time I've heard of lattes on draft. It was delicious. I have been getting the same one each time, oatmilk vanilla latte. They have a cereal flavor one of the week, but I haven't tried that. Never liked oatmilk, but here it just tastes a little nutty. The coffee itself is robust and not bland. Pastries are the bomb each time. Service is always very nice

  • Great first visit! I stopped by this coffee shop for the first time today near SU, and I was pleasantly surprised. The barista (I think she was!) was super friendly and patient while I looked over the menu. It wasn’t a huge menu like some other coffee shops, but they did have a few unique options. I really liked that they offered me a sample of one of their featured drinks — I’ve never been to a coffee shop that does that, and I thought it was such a nice touch! I ended up ordering a s’mores latte with caramel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The latte was delicious — not overly sweet but not too bitter either, just the perfect balance. I usually prefer my coffee on the sweeter side, and this one hit the spot. The bagel was tasty and came with a generous amount of cream cheese. I probably would have liked it a bit more toasted, but that’s on me for not asking. The only thing I didn’t love was the quality of the coffee cup — it was a little flimsy, and some of the drink spilled around the lid when I first got it. Not a huge deal, but something I noticed. Overall, I spent $10.51 for everything, which I thought was very reasonable compared to big franchise coffee shops. The vibe was good, the staff was great, and the coffee was solid. I’ll definitely be back to try something new next time!

  • Small Cafe with a simple menu and nice atmosphere and seating. The avocado bagel is definitely their signature IMO and you can have it with many different toppings. The almond cake (all the way on the right) was delicious. Built with a thrift store attached to the side which is nice to go to after eating.
